Well the first post for the Lorne Beach Atrium, a residential LEED Home Project by Dennison Homes for Sandy Nelson and Bill Harper.

After some permitting delays, schedule issues and good old Bruce county weather the project is under way.

The ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) basement from www.nudura.com has been installed (picture above) and now the framing is almost complete



I will add some posts on the construction technology so far and keep the updates going.
